Do you need some information on renting? Follow the Consumer Affairs Victoria ‘Guide for Tenants’ on renting a home here: Guide to Renting a Home
Are you a tenant with either a fixed-term or a month-by-month tenancy, and you want to vacate (end the tenancy and leave the property)? It is your responsibility to give the landlord written notice that you wish to vacate. Providing written notice is compulsory and you are advised to use the Notice to Vacate Form and post, hand deliver or email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you looking to apply for a property? Fill out a Tenancy Application Form and either post, hand deliver or email it to us at email@example.com. Alternatively, you can apply via 1Form, our online application portal, through any rental listing online.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
There are 3 easy steps to the application process.
Step 1. Making an enquiry
If you see a property online that you would like to inspect, please book an inspection by following the ‘book an inspection’ prompts on this website. Alternatively, you may call our office on (03) 9088 7488. The advantage of pre-booking an inspection is that you will receive a confirmation via text and also be advised if the inspection time changes.
Step 2. Inspecting the property
We highly recommend that you inspect the property prior to applying for the tenancy. One of our friendly Property Managers will meet you at the inspection. Photo I.D. must be provided.
Step 3. Applying for the tenancy
As there may be other people interested in the property, we suggest you complete your application form and return it to us as soon as possible.
Things to remember for your application
Your references will be verified and we will consult with the property Landlord about the application/s received. Once we have received instructions from the Landlord, we will be in contact with you to confirm the tenancy and organise a time for you to come in to our office to sign the lease and pay the initial monies due. Even if your application is unsuccessful, we will still notify you.
