Should you require assistance with an urgent repair after business hours, please contact your property manager directly on their mobile number.
You will be required to leave a detailed voicemail outlining the urgent repair, along with your best contact details. All voicemails are checked regularly.
Please Note: Only items deemed as URGENT under the Legislation will be responded to After Hours. Non-urgent matters will be responded to during standard business hours.
Please ensure you download Ailo from App Store or Google Play to notify your property manager of any maintenance issues that may arise, the will ensure everything is documented correctly and will allow prompt follow up and action.
