Jim has been in the industry in Melbourne's South East since 1983 He is an REIV Certified Estate Agent and member of the REIV

He has excelled in sales and sales management during those years; and managed teams of up to 16 salespeople and 4 admin staff. Jim has set records in volume and net profit in both new and established home sales, in his own right and as a team leader. Jim has personally sold over 1,000 properties including several large sub-divisional parcels worth in the 10s of millions. He established Jim Byrne Real Estate in 2004 which was a family owned and operated independant agency focused on property management. Jim and his entire team joined the Ray White Family in June 2021.

While constantly looking for ways to improve results and deliver first class customer service Jim always delivers more than he promises, and will tell it like it is. He genuinely wants to help people achieve their Real Estate goals. He has a huge list of referring clients because of the quality services he provides and the results he achieves. People have been known to wait months to have Jim manage the sale or management of their most valuable assets. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in project marketing of new land estate, town-houses, broad acres and medium density sites.
