This Senior Sales Consultant has 21 years’ experience in all aspects of sales and has achieved a number of major sales awards. Throughout her extensive career, she has established a fine reputation for excellent communication and empathy while guiding clients through the sometimes stressful process of selling a house. “There are many factors involved in someone’s decision to sell property,” she says. “There may be challenging circumstances, such as a death in the family, separation or the need to downsize for any number of reasons.”
Betty is also highly valued for her honesty and level of commitment – and is renowned for her superior negotiation skills, factors that combine to see Betty attract a high volume of repeat and referral business. “Not only am I committed to providing a service above and beyond my clients’ expectations, my aim is to also ensure a smooth sales experience and an excellent sales price.”
Betty’s earlier career as an industrial chemist, and her 16 years in pharmaceutical sales, furnished her with a rare set of skills ideal for a highly successful career in real estate. “A somewhat scientific, and definitely strategic, approach to achieving a premium price, combined with empathy and good rapport with my clients, works well.”
Betty’s professional integrity translates into a strong commitment to helping our community’s less fortunate. She is an active member of the Rotary Club and has, for the past five years, been involved in community projects, including arranging trips to the Portsea Lord Mayor’s Camp for disadvantaged children and providing breakfast for children at local primary schools.
